Description

This wonderfully light open-design house will work wonders for either a family holiday or a quiet break. It overlooks the charming natural pool and is only a couple of minutes from the club house and indoor pool. On the south-facing extended patio you can keep watch on your family being part of the community, or quietly relax.

On the ground floor the well equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with a dining room and living area which can be a comfortable, intimate space or the centre of family life. Upstairs is the main bedroom - with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and south-facing balcony. The roof terrace gives exhilarating views back inland or down to the sea, and is a secluded suntrap.

This property also features an electric vehicle charging point for your sole use during your stay. Additional charges apply, you can add this extra during the online booking process.

(Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub)

Talland Bay lies between Looe and Polperro and is one of the most memorable and secluded coves along the coastline of South Cornwall. The quiet hamlet of Talland consists of a scattering of houses and cottages and an ancient church, away from the busy tourist areas to the north and west. The Bay community, set on a secluded hillside with direct access to the shore, is a haven of tranquillity, so rarely found in such an accessible location. It is a perfect location for walking, fishing and exploring the coast - or just relaxing and enjoying the views. The Beach It has three small beaches flanked by a rocky foreshore and a beautiful undeveloped coastline and is sheltered and safe for swimming.

“Fabulous holiday destination”

Property was perfect for my family (3 older children) with excellent facilities in the house and club house/pool. Safe environment - very clean and well run by management.House was more than adequate with 3 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Beautiful location only a short walk to the sea, stunning views and great small coves - recommend the walk from Talland Bay to Polperro. Would definitely return to The Bay in the future and highly recommend.

Exclusive house rental with excellent amenities. Everything you would want for a luxurious stay with all the home from home comforts. Idyllic setting on the Cornish Coast with recommended walks along the pathways to Polperro and Looe. Quite remote but within access to amenities within a 5-10 minute drive. Tricky narrow road to development so practise your reversing skills before you go!

How do damage deposits work?
