This gorgeous property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom/shower rooms. Situated on the crest of the hill the house offers uninterrupted views out to sea from its large picture windows and decked areas. The home is equipped to luxury 5 star rental standards and offers all the amenities that you could wish for in an elegant contemporary setting.
The house is finished to a high specification with a designer kitchen and under-floor heating throughout. The commanding location of the house provides an ideal vantage point to watch boats sail by; from the decking in the summer months, or from the living room beside the stylish wood-burning stove during the winter.

“Breathtaking views, lovely property”
Tucked away between Looe and Polperro this place is a breath of modern air after all the tweeness that can overtake Devon and Cornwall. The house was immaculate and well appointed, but the uninterrupted water views stole the show. This is a glorious setting for walks and wandering. The scones were a nice touch when we arrived. As was the underfloor heating and bathrobes for everyone. We had a week of relentless rain but still managed to leave feeling great about the place.
