Welcome to your idyllic Cornish retreat at this charming holiday home, nestled within a stunning family-friendly complex. An inviting atmosphere awaits, with a fabulous open-plan kitchen and dining area that sets the perfect stage for quality moments with friends and family.

This charming home features three bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a balcony, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The living room is bathed in natural light through its large glass front, with French doors leading to a south-facing patio. Outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ create an inviting space for al fresco gatherings, making this home a delightful retreat for both indoor and outdoor living.

To the side of the property, there is a fantastic hot tub to help you unwind and perhaps share a glass of bubbly or two.

(Please note there is an additional charge of 200.00 per week for the hot tub)

"We can't speak highly enough of the Bay Talland. We stayed a fortnight in property #1 and it truly was a 5* experience. Firstly, the location - right by the coastal path with stunning views over to Looe and Polperro, plus a lovely walk/run in either direction taking you either to the beach or the town. Also neighbouring an ancient and well-maintained church, and well-placed to visit places along that stretch of the coast. Secondly, the facilities. The property itself was huge, full of modern decor and fittings - the kitchen was better-equipped than our one at home! Everyone from reception to cleaning to maintenance were friendly, well turned-out and helpful. This pervaded the whole atmosphere of the place - classy, clean and just totally relaxing. Next time we come back to Cornwall, we will stay here, without a shadow of a doubt. Brilliant."

How do damage deposits work?
