This stunning detached home from home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom/shower rooms. Situated on the crest of the hill the house offers uninterrupted panoramic views of the bay from its large picture windows and extensive deck complete with sunken hot tub. The home is equipped to luxury 5 star rental standards and offers all the amenities that you could wish for in an elegant contemporary setting.
The house is finished to a high specification with a designer kitchen and granite worktops plus under-floor heating throughout. The sunken hot tub overlooking Talland Bay is the ideal spot to relax and unwind while watching the sun set across the bay.
(Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub)

"This was our second visit here, this time staying in House 38 and once again it didn't disappoint. This property had amazing views across the Cornwall coast, even on stormy days it was beautiful. The 3 bedroomed house, with underfloor heating, windows open to the view, with hot tub on the decking was beautiful, so much so, we've already booked for next year to enjoy the wonderful Cornish coastline. Even in these strange times the property was cleaned thoroughly, with nothing left to chance. This place is excellent for a quiet week away, walks to the local towns or sharing times with friends and family. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff and facilities are wonderfully helpful."

“Relaxing and breathtakingly beautiful!”
We stayed in this house for a week over Easter and absolutely loved it. To wake every morning to a view like that was amazing. The house is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. We didn't want to leave. The site itself is well run by a small group of people who are very friendly and attentive. It's not the first time we stayed at Talland Bay. We previously rented a different house which was equally as lovely. We will be back to try a different house too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Wow, what a beautiful house.”
This house really has it all, Stayed for a week in June with my husband, daughter, her partner and two grandchildren aged 8 and ten ,we all fell in love with this house. Smaller than the pictures show but big enough for the six of us, All top quality appliances lovely decor so warm, easy to keep clean and the views are truly amazing, the hot tub is an,added bonus (which we used even in the rain) we cant wait to come back next year, all i can say is what a find. I felt sad when we had to leave.

“Beautiful house, beautiful views, beautiful place.”
This was our first stay at the Bay Talland and we were impressed from the very start. Stuart and Lynne, the managers, as well as the other staff were very friendly and gave us a lovely warm welcome. The house was spotless, well designed, tastefully decorated and had all we needed. There were lovely extra touches such as scones, cream and jam to make cream teas, on arrival. The views of the sea and the cove were just lovely and to sit in the hot tub on a warm sunny evening was perfect. The swimming pool and facilities there were great too. Our children loved everything about the place and had a great holiday. We feel that we have discovered a real gem and are already planning our next holiday there! The only problem was that we did have to leave at the end.....
