Creature comforts, sunny outdoor living make this contemporary three bedroom detached property the perfect accommodation for your holiday. Conveniently set at the bottom of the hillside The Deckhouse is furnished and decorated as a real home from home - yet with a touch of luxury.
Large sofas form a welcoming living space for relaxing in front of the TV or the log burner while the 8 seat dining area is perfect for family gatherings. Extensive south-facing decking creates a sunny yet sheltered all-day space for outdoor living while the lower deck and hot tub is the ideal place to relax.
Dogs are allowed (max 2) and are charged at £25.00 per week per dog.
Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub.

The shared swimming pool is a massive bonus for the kids and it's a quick walk to the most gorgeous secluded beach. We loved it so much we've booked again for this year !! “The perfect break”
We had a fantastic time at House 34 The Bay Talland. A very relaxing break. Beautiful grounds, loved the hot tub on rainy evenings, pool was a treat for the boys. Loved walking down to the bay and borrowing kayaks! We had a few small issues that involved maintenance coming out and these were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Thank you . We will be back again.

The phone signal round here is known to be generally a little flakey, unless on certain networks (it is Cornwall after all) however all the properties have house phones and we have now improved the internet connection and TV signal on site so that has been running solid since July.
