This fantastic contemporary property features a south-west facing balcony off the master bedroom with double aspect views over the gardens. The extensive roof terrace, reached by a spiral staircase, offers panoramic views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. It is ideal for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The designer kitchen and open plan layout creates a fantastic living space to entertain or relax with friends and family.

The home is equipped to luxury 5-star rental standards and offers all the amenities that you could wish for in an elegant contemporary setting.

(please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub)

"Excellent accommodation with really great facilities and in a beautiful location. The property more than lived up to expectations and the little extras made all the difference. The fresh scones with cornish jam and clotted cream were very well received! The large fluffy towels and bathrobes made the house feel like a 5* hotel and the beds have to be the comfiest we have ever experienced in a holiday cottage. Will definitely visit Talland again."

We did contact the homeowner regarding the outdoor furniture straight away, and the homeowner did order new furniture. Unfortunately there was a delay with the courier and therefore was not available for you to enjoy. All of our houses are unique and individually furnished by their owners and we do try our best to ensure photography and descriptions are as accurate as possible (the outdoor table is shown on the website). As a small family business we do appreciate your comments and we will use your feedback to try and ensure that everybody has a great holiday experience with us.

“Luxurious accommodation, set on the coastal path, great facilities”

A wonderful place to stay. The gardens would be ideal for kids to strike up friendships, whereas as the rooftop terrace gives you privacy. The swimming pool is lovely, and so nice to have the outside area to sit in. It is only 40 minutes walk into Polperro, and about 2 hours into the centre of Looe. There is a lovely beach on the walk to Looe, which is only accessible on foot, so wouldn't be too crowded in the summer, so ideal if you have children who are happy walking a reasonable distance. Alternatively there is a car park on the road down to Talland, which shortens the walk. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
