Spectacular beach house with ocean view !!!! In the middle of playa guasacate (popoyo) close to the bests surf spots !!!
Ideally located in a paradise, this recently updated and refreshed beach house has enough space to sleep 8 persons comfortably. Come to relax and enjoy the sound of pacific.
There are 4 bedrooms (3 with ocean view) with fans, 2 of them with A/C... You can come with your family (and/or) friends to enjoy sunset and bbq...
There is fresh water !!!! Most of places in playa guasacate have salty water.
There will be a supplement fee if you decide to use A/C.

House rules
When you are not home please turn off the A/C
Take care off the water, the house as fresh water (most of the places of guasacate beach have water of the well (salty water))
There is no more access of tap water in guasacate beach because of drougth so we refuel water tank with cistern truck... Water is really expensive and the area really drougth so please take care of it.
Live in the house as if it was yours.
