High up on Flagstaff Hill is an enclave of luxury executive apartments known as The Point. Styled with privacy in mind each apartment has its own aspect. The complex features a 25-metre swimming pool, a spa, full-sized tennis court, and extensive tropical landscaping.
Built around one of Port’s oldest established gardens, The Point overlooks the hub of Macrossan Street.
Apartment No. 3 has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms and is the only apartment in the complex with a private courtyard garden with a covered entertaining area with fans and outdoor cooking facilities.
A spacious lounge with a formal dining area opens out to the private courtyard garden. An extra outdoor dining setting is on the patio with a Weber barbeque.
The kitchen is furnished with granite top benches and modern appliances. This kitchen is fully stocked with china, glassware, cutlery, and cookware. The laundry has a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and ironing facilities.
The master Queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in robe. The two remaining bedrooms share a full-size bathroom. One room has a queen bed, the other has two single beds which will convert to a king bed as required.
With off-street parking and a private entrance off Murphy Street leading through terraced landscaping, this apartment offers absolute privacy in one of the most sought-after locations in Port Douglas.
The lounge and master bedroom both have Smart TVs with Google TV so that you can watch all your favourite movies & series (BYO code) including Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Kayo, and many more. Foxtel with sports is also available for guests’ use on both TVs.
