Description
This is a spectacular holiday retreat featuring a 20 metre wet edge lap pool that can be seen from almost every angle of the house. Non-reflective window glazing, classical colonnades, rendered white walls, well-groomed landscaping, detailed mosaic work, all blend together to create a tropical, cool, double two-story pavilion paradise.
Anjea’s television room features a large screen TV, DVD player, Bose surround sound, Foxtel, and a comfortable corner settee.
The lounge area opens up to the pool courtyard by high pivoting doors that let in the warm cross breezes and establish a transition between indoors and out.
The kitchen is at the central point of the house and makes an impressive impact with cascading Caesarstone benchtops that wrap around between living and dining spaces for effortless entertaining.
The pool surrounds a spacious BBQ pavilion with lots of bench space. Enjoy an Aussie barbeque in comfort and style! At the far end of the pool, you will find an outdoor bathroom, perfect to freshen up after a swim. Also at this end of the pool is a cocktail gazebo that can be completely open or closed. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink by the pool.
Upstairs Anjea has four bedrooms with en suites. Two sets of stairs each lead to two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with a veranda with seating to look out over the pool. There is also an inside veranda overlooking the lounge. A large open en suite features an elegantly designed bath.
Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2) with powder room (toilet and sink).
Other features include Sonos surround sound stereo in the Living room and Bluetooth speakers in the pool gazebo, heated pool, full air conditioning, day lounges, outdoor/indoor dining areas, and WiFi internet connection.
By the beach, in the gated community “Beachfront Mirage”, explore and enjoy the many different facets of this spectacular holiday retreat.

“Brilliant holiday retreat”
