Blending contemporary styling with the latest in design, Hapuka offers a stunning setting for your next tropical holiday. Ideally located at the beach end of Murphy Street high up on Flagstaff Hill, the main living and entertaining areas offer impressive tropical views.
With a mountain backdrop and spectacular views of the Coral Sea, the classically designed villa combines cool elegance with supreme comfort. Tall ceilings and oversize doors add to the feeling of space consistent throughout the villa.
The kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining areas are on the uppermost level. Folding glass doors open to an impressive outdoor entertainment space with sandstone deck and glass balustrades.
The beautifully appointed kitchen features attractive stone bench tops, rich reflective glass splash backs and quality appliances including an ice maker and separate wine fridge.
A convenient powder room is also located on this level.
All four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the next level. Plenty of inbuilt storage and contemporary design have kept a minimal look while not compromising on storage. Every room features split system air-conditioning, the latest design in screens and doors plus ceiling fans.
The master bedroom features an outdoor shower in the en suite.
The second king bedroom also has an en suite and the remaining two bedrooms share a family size bathroom with bathtub.
Down another level to a spacious second living room/rumpus room with a double sofa bed and a daybed, a Smart TV and fridge. There is also a laundry and another powder room and a second BBQ area.
A cascade of landscaped steps trail down to the final level with a family size swimming pool, pavilion and private timber sun deck.
This property is enjoyed throughout the seasons, all year around. The spectacular views and close proximity to town ensure that the villa is the perfect holiday setting for a few quiet days or luxurious weeks.
The villa has a Smart TV and DVD plus a BBQ on the upper level. The swimming pool is heated during the winter months.
