Description

Come and stay at our pool home and enjoy all that the Treasure Coast has to offer, with miles of unspoiled beaches, year round fishing, county parks and recreational areas.

The property has undergone substantial remodelling to a very high standard and continues to be improved.

This lovely spacious home is located in a great neighbourhood on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and backs onto an open area and small lake for added privacy.

As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable Italian leather seating, a dining area to seat 6, a recently remodeled fully equipped kitchen, and the family room with large Smart TV and audio. High speed WiFi is available at the property and is included in the rates.

The house is tiled throughout, and has 3 bedrooms (each with built in closets) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and tall chest for plenty of drawer space. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, there is also a Smart TV in this bedroom with internet connection to allow you to watch your Amazon Prime, Netflix or connect to many other subscriptions. the TV has its own Hulu connection. Views from the bedroom to the rear and of the garden and pool.

The other two bedrooms have views to the front, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, each also has ample storage including drawer units and nightstands. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom, which features a bath with shower over. Both bathrooms have been completely refitted and re-tiled for 2016.

A queen sofa bed is also available.

Two folding wooden cots and Graco high chair (up to 3yrs) are both available.

An adult walker is also available.

Sliders lead from the family room out to the large screened lanai, which invites you to relax in the shade, or to soak up some sun in the brand new pool or on the deck area. The lanai has a large table with seating for 6 for dining outside in comfortable seating, additional seating, sun loungers and an outdoor grill are also available. The lanai together with the pool, is screened for your comfort and lights at night, both in and out of the pool extend the use of this area for lovely evenings inside the screened area for your comfort..

Outside of the screened area, the garden is fully fenced to approx 6ft with trees behind it, and it backs onto a large open area and a small lake and waterway which provides added privacy to the gardens. A gas grill is available for guest use.

We are pet friendly for friendly pets and well behaved pets are allowed by agreement.

Since winter 2017/8 we have had our beautiful pool heated - get in quick as dates for winter are already going fast.
