Description
charming chalet in wood, with 2 bedrooms, well equipped, with terrace and barbecue, in a small set of 10 cottages with pool, Ideal for lovers of hiking but also tour for all ages and for all tastes... At the foot of Canigou, sacred mountain of the Catalans, emblem of Pyrénées Orientales, we are about 1 hour from the sea, (Collioure), 1 h from the Spain and 1 h 30 from Andorra. The setting is rustic and quiet but all shops are close around 10 Kms max with our regional markets, our typical villages with a large number of villages (Villefranche de Conflent, heritage historisque of the UNESCO), Saint Martin du Canigou, the Canalettes caves. The atmosphere is relaxing, family, games for children, swimming pool and parking is located at the entrance of the orchard. Conflent is rich cold water activities (Canyoning, rafting, acro-branches... but also hot (baths of St. thomas;) (Molitg and Vernet the baths). On-site has everything to make service or for information while leaving you free choice for your family holiday time. Sometimes, we will propose a large convivial table organized under the Arbor to taste with those who wish our regional specialities sprayed (with moderation!) our sides of Roussillon, and our appetizers Muscat, Banyuls, Maury Sangria..

Nos amis, les animaux sont autorisés (1 seul par chalet). Ils doivent être tenus en laisse dans l'enceinte du Verger des Ascarines. Une caution à l'arrivée vous sera demandée pour les dégradations éventuelles.
Une autre caution vous sera également demandée pour la propreté du chalet.

Response from the owner Beaucoup trop de choses dénigrées pour que ce soit la vérité !! un peu trop exagéré non ? réchaud à gaz ? dans une cuisine intégrée? 2 feux gaz tout simplement. la literie est changée régulièrement, nous avons souvent des félicitations sur les matelas( mais ils ont cassé un des lits: alors bien sur il faut critiquer pour pour ne pas avoir à payer la casse ou même simplement le signaler lors du séjour pour réparation ) Nous sommes devant une locataire qui en est à sa 3ème location dans le même village et qui les critique toutes, elle ne sera jamais contente, nulle part et il y a trop de choses dans son avis de négatif pour que ça vaille la peine de se justifier sur tout et sur rien . Notre avis : locataires méchants, jamais satisfaits : même pas, des autres commerçants de la région, qui n'ont pas encore trouvé à leur dire des bonnes pommes ou de la bonne viande ! ),mais qui n'ont pas voulu payer le supplément chauffage ( 29 € ! ) prétextant ne pas avoir de monnaie et promettant de le poser sur la table avant de partir. De plus, voulant laisser le chalet sale pour se " venger " ont vécus 3 semaines sans passer un coup de balai , d'éponge ou de nettoyage dans les WC ! une saleté jamais inégalée de la part de locataires. Des locataires à ne surtout pas accueillir dans vos locations. Nous nous sommes confiants dans nos locations et pour info nos photos sont bien prises dans nos chalets !

“cosy,warm,comfortable”
the chalet was more than adequate for us,the bed was comfortable,the shower was nice and hot,although a little bit small.nice to eat outside on the porch,plenty to do and see in the local area and beyond.lovely to be able to use the swimming pool almost every day.the owners are very welcoming and helpful.

Dans certains chalets, le confort d'un petit canapé a réduit un peu la place dans le séjour, heureusement, il est vrai qu'il pleut rarement chez nous et les terrasses sont couvertes. Une nouveauté cette année, à l'accueil, une salle commune pour occuper enfants et parents par mauvais temps (jeux société, bibliothèque...). Et puis, notre région est riche en visites "couvertes" grottes, caves, châteaux... Nous vous disons à bientôt. Au plaisir de vous revoir au mois de mai 2017
