Description
It has been renovated with respect to the initial structure, however with modern materials, such as stone floor with integrated heating, bath rooms with high quality installations and large, double-panel windows. Highlights: The fully equipped kitchen, measuring over 50 sq.m With windows on three sides and anything you need for cooking, gas and recent electrical appliances included, it offers you everything you need to discover the delights the Tuscany cuisine has to offer. The living room, over 50 qm as well and up to 6m high ceilings, a large window creating an open space into Tuscany, Satellite/TV and a cozy Canapé-Lounge. During the winter months, floor heating and a closed fireplace create comfort and warmth around a bottle of wonderful Tuscany wine.
Two bedrooms with double beds ,there are two double bedrooms each with a canopy bed, one of which has its own private bathroom(whit private bathroom with Two modern daylight bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink) is another one room with twin beds and a fourth bedroom leads to twin beds that can be joined to make a double bed and one sofa bed for one third person .
The very large garden offers the swimming pool with (10 x 5m) mit wooden terrace, at the house you'll find a shadowy patio with a large dining table as well as a comfortable hammock for a wonderful and relaxing experience in beautiful Tuscany.
House and garden are cared for by the owners, an Italian couple of artists, living at the part of the house opposite to the garden. Discretion and individuality for you and your loved ones are of course guaranteed. Questions and remarks are welcome anytime. In the past, some persons have complained about the privacy of the bedrooms but from this year we have solved the problem with sliding doors and walls that separate the rooms.the house is very convenient, spacious, efficient, comfortable, there is everything you need.
The pool is reserved and in total privacy due to high green walls of plants that surround the property.
It is very important to different trash , paper, Plastic ,organic glass ,
because the owner of the house after they split will take care of it for you.

“One of the memorable holidays I have ever had”
Myself and two friends have just returned from a three week holiday in Verciano near Lucca, I can only say what an amazing time we have had,Our hosts Roberta and husband Renso were so welcoming .The accomadation was of the highest quality it has a super large kitchen with absolutely every utensil you wiill need ,a large living and bedroom space ,all basic provions were supplied ,the property is located in a stunning position surrounded on both sides by mountains Roberta even picked plums pears and olives for us The property is .Located about 7 ish. miles from Lucca one of Tuscany’s gems , I would be happy for you to utilise my recommendation in your promotional material if you wish ,Once again Roberta thank you for your generosity and kindness. “Italian Paradise”
Roberta made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived . The house was spotlessly clean and is of a contemporary restored Italian design . There is so much space in the kitchen and living rooms with the most magical views through the huge arched original barn windows . The pool area was what my family of 7 ( grown up children) enjoyed the most . The pool was refreshing and a great place to lounge around or if feeling more energetic , a perfect place for competitive family water polo! We spent our evenings in Lucca and a wonderful day by train to Florence then wine tasting in the Chianti region . We had the most magical holiday and were made to feel so incredibly welcome that we will certainly be back next year !
