Penthouse apartment within the perimeter of Carpediem Roma Golf Club.
Three double bedrooms plus large extra-comfort sofa doublebed.
Fully fitted lounge/diner kitchen, two toilets, one Jacuzzi whirlpool bath tub.
Terrace and private sun lounge. Communal Fitness center, covered heated Swimming Pool, Turkish Bath and lovely Sauna.
Ideally located approx. 20 minutes from the storical center of the eternal capital of Italy: ROME.
15 minutes to the Archeological site of the Emperor Adriano's Villa and TIVOLI Thermal and historical center.
