We have 2 identical Holiday Lodges here, and we also arrange bookings for many of these amazing spacious 4 bed holiday lodges.
We pride ourselves on quick responses for our guests at all times .... and clear details of everything guests need to know

This is an award winning resort indoor + outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), gym, huge children's play area with basketball, tennis, 9 hole golf, lots going on to keep the children happy.

THE RESORT IS JUST A FEW MILES FROM NEWQUAY, ideal central location in Cornwall, just off the A30 --- This makes it easy to get out and about exploring Cornwall.
PERFECT CENTRAL LOCATION IN CORNWALL -- just a few miles from Newquay, and the beautiful beaches nearby. There is so much on the resort to keep everyone happy, it is the perfect central location with great facilities just incase the weather is not kind to us !
Downstairs double bedroom and shower room --- so this property is ideal for elderly guests. Be aware that all doors are standard width.
WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN - with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc.
DOUBLE ENSUITE BEDROOM ---- this has double bed, bedside drawers, dressing table, bedside lighting, juliette balcony overlooking the gardens, ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, sink with mirror, spotlights.
TWIN BEDROOM -- with 2 single beds, wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, bedside lighting.
2ND UPSTAIRS DOUBLE BEDROOM --- double bed, wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, bedside lighting.
DOWNSTAIRS DOUBLE BEDROOM ---- this has double bed, wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, bedside lighting.
THERE IS A SHOWER ROOM /WC JUST NEXT TO THIS BEDROOM -- So this is perfect for elderly guests.
Each property has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8.
Please be aware that the house is set up and equipped for 8 guests.
Please bring your own towels.
WIFI is available at the Leisure Building where you can relax with a Speciality Coffee or a Snack from the Cafe / Coffee Shop
This resort is set in acres of glorious countryside, so there is a wonderful feeling of space on this resort.
PLEASE NOTE - We can not accept bookings from young groups of guests under 25 This is a family resort.
We can sometimes accept 1 dog -- the charge is £48 for this. .... Please check before booking as this is not always available. Some owners do not accept bookings for a dog. PLEASE check that this is ok before booking to bring a dog --- certain conditions apply and this is very important

“Week stay”
Had a great week at Atlantic reach and the accommodation was really good. Our only gripe is there was no washing machine or dryer so was hard to get towels dry but wouldn’t put me off staying again. The accommodation was spacious and well equipped and the facilities at the park was great for kids on a rainy day .lovely stay had by all.

This is a well equipped property with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and lots of pans pots and everything you could need, there is not washing machine at the property but the resort will do a service wash for guests -- this is very reasonable ........ “Family Holiday.”
Ideal for family lets,lots for the children to do and be involved in.House was great for the ammount of four adults, four children and a baby. We had enough space for everyone!also plenty bathrooms for us all. Maybe August is the busiest time for Newquay as traffic and parking a bit of a nuisance so would pick another time to go, but lovely holiday had by all!!!

“House big enough for 3 familys”
House we stayed in needs little tic. The oven tripped the lights when opening door but the owners responded straight the way and sent someone round. We had great weather we had a great time the faculties were good but because of great weather we were out all day. The camp was very clean staff very friendly
