Villa 5 Anemoi, located in Lefkogia village, a bizzare combination of an spectacular mountain scenery and wonderful beaches, one after the other forming the marvellous coastline of South Crete! Four out of the numerous beaches are in a distance of 2 km away from villa. And it goes on and on! An authentically old, enchanting spacious house, build 130 years ago, renovated in 2008. What you will mostly love about it is that it breaths out an ambience that is going to make you feel like traveling through time to the past century! Its distinctive style, due to its peculiar structure with the stone and the wood as its dominant structural components, the traditional hand made furniture, all its entrances and exits from everywhere), its inveteracy, all these together give to the house a very special character! Nothing superfluous or extravagant in it. An elegant house through its simplicity! Life should be that simple...
Lefkogia village is a small traditional village with friendly, warm, welcoming people! A true gem as most of the people who visit us use to describe it, certainly due to its authenticity. Not the ideal spot if you are only looking for a touristic destination! it is more of these places that kind of stay with you at your hearts. Once you ll get here you know you will come back! Either way there will be plenty of people here who will be waiting to see you again!
Villa 5 Anemoi! Travel through time in it's scenic atmosphere and feel the comfort along with the sense of returning to a simpler way of life! Ideal for families and nature lovers, due to a fabulous gorge nearby and our small farm with horses, pigs, geese, rabbits, ducks, chickens, sheep, and our artificial pond with the gold fish! Your kids can play freely, run or climb trees, enjoy themselves at the small playground or jump on the trampoline and meet the animals while you enjoy a refreshment! Not only your kids are going to love it, but also you! You are most certainly welcome to feed the animals with us! A good pair of hands is never underestimated!!!

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. A free maid service is also provided once a week to clean your villa Bedclothes are being changed once a week. Fresh towels every 3 days. Beach towels are NOT provided. Please, be kind to bring your own!

With a living area of 170 square meters, divided over two floors accessible by an interior as well as an exterior stairway, the villa offers plenty of space to live. It can comfortably host up eight to nine persons. Due to its massive walls the house will stay at comfortable temperatures even in mid summer. The kitchen is on the ground floor with direct access on the terrace, and a window overlooking the garden. It is fully equipped in case you 'd rather stay in sometimes and prepare your own meals or dinners, instead of going out. In one level lower than the kitchen lies an enchanting spacious dining room with a large monastery type table and seats if you prefer to dine inside sometimes. And then again one level above the dining room follows the spacious living room (with a fire place and a sofa) that has also its own access on the terrace. Two bathrooms, both with shower rooms, (one of them, external, has direct access on the terace too. And finally right opposite to the kitchen's door there is an adjacent room that used to be grandma's old kitchen, yet after the renovation it has been reformed into a lovely bedroom which seems to be particularly appealing to our youngets guests who probably perceive it as a cave or castle due to its stone walls!
On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms, accessible from the exterior but also from the interior staircase. Two of them with a double bed, and the 3rd one with two single beds (Camp beds or cots can be added if needed in the two bedrooms). A lovely balcony with a view on the surrounding mountains and also on the other houses of the village, is shared by two bedrooms allowing them an extra access on the ground floor via the external staircase.

The outside area of the villa equals 125 square meters The terrace, which is shadowed by plants that creep up a wooden trellis, is accessible from the kitchen and the living room on ground floor. An exterior stairway (as well as an interior one) is leading to the upper sleeping rooms and another balcony. The villa benefits from a private garden ideal for rest and relax at nightfall. And keep in mind that in an easy walking distance of 700m a small farm awaits for you any time you feel the need to relax! Enjoy nature at its best!!! Feel the calmness among countless olive trees and a variety of lovely animals as horses, geese, ducks, hens, dogs, kittens, pigs (!) rabbits, chicken, lambs and goats! You are welcome to enjoy the tranquillity and the peace one feels among them! If you are open to new experiences then let us arrange for you unique excursions at the depths of the sea, or propose you lovely destinations for daily excursions, as Lefkogia village is an excellent starting point for many of them.
