Entre Charente et Périgord, au coeur d'une campagne verdoyante et vallonnée, Zénith Vacances vous accueille dans le hameau de "La brousse". Ses deux maisons totalement indépendantes vous permettront de profiter d'un séjour inoubliable, en famille ou entre amis.
Chaque maison 3 ou 4 wc indépendants. Ses grandes pièces à vivre proposent à chacun de trouver sa place en fonction de ses activités. Le patio invite aux parties de billard ou à la lecture en mezzanine. La véranda est un havre de paix où la musique invite à la rêverie. La terrasse s'anime autour du barbecue pour des moments chaleureux et de partage. La cour et le jardin clos constituent un terrain de jeu idéal pour vos enfants. La piscine sécurisée promet rafraîchissement, jeux, détente, farniente... (usage à partager).
Pratiquez encore le parcours de santé pour une remise en forme ludique à travers les obstacles de sauts, étirements, équilibre, musculation... pour tous les niveaux, débutants ou confirmés.
Sur le beach-ground, détendez-vous le temps d'un match de foot, d'un set de tennis, une partie de basket ou de badminton... ou concours de châteaux de sable !
Pour les pêcheurs, l'étang situé à 300 m vous assure le dépaysement absolu ; sur les berges ou en barques, taquinez les grosses carpes, profitez du calme inouï de la campagne. Les non-pêcheurs peuvent simplement profiter d'une balade en barque dans ce site de pleine nature.
Dans la salle de jeux annexe, vous revivrez d'interminables parties de billard, de baby-foot ou de ping-pong. Des jeux de société vous seront également prêtés.
En extérieur, vaste terrasse, parking et terrain de boules, espaces enherbés. Site complet sur 1 hectare de superficie.
