Description

This apartment is on the top (3rd) floor with lift, of a modern low rise building complex situated on Hossegor beach.

It is attractively furnished and equipped to a high standard with AIRCON in the double bedrooms (king beds), SMART TV and WIFI Broadband, airplay speaker for your iphone/ipod/ipad music.

With two covered terraces both with wonderful seaviews, you can enjoy alfresco dining and watch the sometimes startling sunsets over the water.

We have a swimming pool with paddling pool for residents only (open July, August and September), and the apartments have direct access to the beach. The beach has lifeguard surveillance every day during the season.

Conveniently the apartment building has a few shops to provide your morning croissant etc, surf board and bike hire, daytime cafe and surf shop.

Restaurants and other shops are nearby and it is a short walk into the centre of town and inland salt water lake.

Ideal for one or two couples or a family for beach, biking, surfing holidays with many possible great day excursions to Biarritz, Bayonne, Dax, Northern Spain, Basque villages in the Pyrenees.

Not suitable for 6 adults.

“Fantastic holiday”

Great apartment, very well located and useful air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. 2 balconies with one plenty big enough to accommodate large table and lovely view. Third bedroom only a box room but it's fine. Close to restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend it.

“Perfect apartment in perfect location”

We spent 5 nights in the 3 bedroom apartment in late Sept 2011. We couldn't have asked for a better location - 50 metres from the beach (which we could see from both balconies) and less than 400 metres to the main bars and restaurants along the beach. The apartment was large with a great size lounge, TV and a large dining area/table. The amenities were all modern (including free wifi) and the owner/agency provided very clear instructions on their use. Prior to arriving, the owner was always contactable and willing to answer any questions. We arrived late on the first night and were given clear instructions on where to find the key, maps of the area etc. Our only negative was that the 3rd bedroom (with the bunks) was a bit small, but would be perfect for young teenagers. We will definitely be back again and we highly recommend staying here, especially as the price offers great value for money.
