Description
The estate, called "Casale Eredità", is composed by the main country house, an ancient farm house made of stone and wood and an annex in exclusive use for the guests, and by its luxurious garden, richly decorated with valuable plants and trees.
The estate offers also relax zones, covered parking, a playground for children, a swimming-pool, a fully equipped solarium and a gazebo.
The casale, equipped with all comforts, allows you total relax in the quietness of our country side.
The owners will welcome you with their warm hospitality. As they are profound connoiseurs of the region and also very fond of their garden they will give you all the complete information for possible excursions, either in the surrounding zones or in the neighbouring provinces.
The casale is an indipendent structure unique of its kind. Completely furnished, the casale is the ideal country house, full of charm and relax; in the casale you will find: a three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room full of light, a nice pergola and a beautiful garden. The garden is a true oasis of peace especially thanks to the presence of the secular oaks.
Furthermore you'll find a playground for children, a swimming pool (6m x 12m)esclusively for the guests, a fully equipped solarium, barbecue facilities and a covered parking.
The casale, with its private entrance has an exclusive garden, in order to offer complete privacy.
The casale is entirely build in stone, with a wooden roof and beautiful rafters and is equipped with every comforts.
The spacious livingroom looks out on a patio that allows you to fully enjoy our nice garden. With our barbecue facilities it will be charming to eat in open air!
The casale has three double rooms, each one with a particular color and special decorations.
We have called them: "Rosa Tea" (tea rose), "Edera"(Ivy) and "Glicine" (winstaria).
All the three double rooms have private bathrooms equipped with shower. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Towels,bed linen and kitcken set are provided.

This is one of those places you want to tell the world about. But at the same time keep to yourself.
We stayed at Casale Eredita for four fantastic weeks!
The house is perfect. There is everything you could possible need. And if something is missing the wonderful Giacinta fix it right away.
Every room is decorated with a lot of tought, love and good taste.
We stayed in the yellow room. The view from the bed was like a picture in a fancy magazine. Olive trees, pink roses and the turqoise water from the pool. We have a 9 month old son and for him Giacinta made a adorable baby bed.
Outside is a big private garden. Full with diffrent plants and roses, well taken care off. Very nice! During the day, when the sun moves there are diffrent places to find shadow. This was very good for us and our baby.
The location is on the countryside. All you can hear is the wind and diffrent birds. If you enjoy going for a walk or run it's perfect. You can go in any direction and you will have a private time. Just you and the beutiful nature with the oaks like a roof giving you shadow. Sometimes you just have to stop to look at the hills, the fields and the diffrent villages you can see in distance.
Orte is a beutiful little village. Quite few tourists. You have the local market, fish store (fresh fish tuesday and friday), bread (won the price for best bread in italy), meat and vegetables. When you shop at these places you can make your own spagetti vongole or vitello with some lemon. Perfect!
Your host, Giacinta, is simply the best! She is a varm and caring person. Who knows when to stop and chat or just say ciao and walk by. She helped us out when our boy got sick and had accident so we had to go to the dentist. To us she became very special.
She showed us the real Italy and took us to places we nerver would have found. Like the best bufala mozzarella, oil and wine fattoria.
You would think that staying that long in the same place you would have something to complain about. But we don't (and we have traveled a lot and we're picky).
It's simply a fantastic place and so are the surroundings.
You would make a mistake not coming here!
My husband, daughter in-law, husband and two granddaughters stayed at Casale Eredita for 7 lovely days. Giacinta (and her family were wonderful). On our first day there Giacinta made reservations for us so that we could join her family and friends to a yearly fund raiser in a local farm field, that allowed us to taste the different flavors of the area, enjoy the band and the kids found some international friends to play with. It was a fun evening, so much so that we took part in it the following night. Giacinta was eager to please, helped us with directions when needed and encouraged us to help her with her English skill.

“Tranquil Italian Country Cottage”
Casale Eredita is a tranquil little cottage that is comfortable and very clean, all 3 bedrooms are large as are the bathrooms and there is plenty of storage in each room. The modest sized kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking and the fridge was stocked with a variety of goodies to get us off to a good start. The garden is pretty, well kept and very private around the pool area and I was delighted to be able to pick fresh figs every morning for breakfast. There are plenty of local shops in the nearby towns to stock up on groceries and local specialties and places to eat in Orte. The train station in Orte provided a link to the surrounding Umbrian towns which we were able to discover at our own pace. Giacinta and her family are wonderful hosts providing us with information and lots of special treats such as tomato sugo, pizza and Giacinta's special tiramisu. I loved my stay here, Maria from Sydney. Ciao

“A home away from home.”
Location provides easy access to Rome and a multitude of towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Comfortable accomodation in a peaceful garden setting with the welcome addition of a lovely swimming pool.The host was so welcoming and made our stay memorable. From providing local information to spoiling us now and then with home made treats from her kitchen.

“Enjoy the peaceful and relaxing side of Italy”
We had a very pleasant 3 weeks holidays in this quite and beautiful property. The location is very calm and comfortably deficient in tourism. The garden is well-tended and the pool is clean and provided a lot of joy to our kids. The only caveat was the lack of sunshades around the pool. Overall it’s a perfect setting for a relaxing time. The kitchen is a bit small and the equipment could be more, but it’s absolutely sufficient for simple meals. Giacinta is a very nice person and she takes care of her guests with much commitment. Whenever we had an issue or a question she was helpful and supportive. The even made a very good pasta for us when we arrived! The next (little) town is Orte where you can buy groceries and things for the everyday needs. You can also find little shops to buy delicious pasta and buffalo mozzarella. For a bigger supermarket you would drive to Viterbo. The nearby train station in Orte (20 minutes by car) is very beneficial if you plan to visit Rome without a car (which is highly recommended!). The train costs about €5 for one direction and takes about 45 minutes to Rome Termini station. Thanks Giacinta for the wonderful time!

One of the rules to position the pool in the garden, is the absent of plants all around, who can ruins the quality of water with leaf and flowers. There is a gazebo, completely covered by plants, by side which offers shadow. An umbrella had been added immediately. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary to cook because I tasted a delicious pesto prepared by you, our guests! Orte is an etruscan city along the course of River Tiber, where our guests and natives can find 5 supermarkets with a great possibility of choose everything they want. Thank you again for your time here ( 3 weeks represent a grest occasion to taste our accommodation) hoping to host you again! Giacinta
