Residence Maria is a luxurious, charming spacious apartment that occupies the whole lower of a Villa. Residence Maria is a completely independent house, with its own independent entrance and outside reed-shaded sitting areas, offering a unique “on-the-sea”, feet –in-the-water vacation experience, a high level of privacy and remaining a favorite among seasoned guests. The upper level of the unit is occupied by the owners.

“Perfect for relaxing in beautiful surroundings”
This is a wonderful apartment, a stones throw away from the crystal clear waters of Kastellakia Bay. The villa was tastefully decorated with all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. We particularly liked the veranda, which ran the full length of the property and its amazing views of the bay and stunning sunsets. The owners, Ruth and Michael were charming hosts, knowledgeable about the island and very helpful, particularly when our 10 year daughter needed to visit a doctor. We had not visited Kea before and really enjoyed discovering the many secluded beaches the island had to offer, however a 4x4 car was essential to visit many of these beaches. We would recommend Residence Maria to those looking for a relaxing laid-back holiday, in beautiful surroundings, on an uncommercialised Greek island.
