Description

The property is located in a residential and quiet location 5 minutes from the historic village of Elne, beaches of St Cyprien, St Cyprien, 15 minutes from Collioure golf and 30 minutes from the Spanish border.

The property is secure and includes 4 gites of 60 to 80 m2 accommodating up to 6 people each. There is a garden with fruit trees and olive groves with heated swimming pool (5X11M), sun beds, gym.

Each cottage includes: living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD, super equipped kitchen, bathroom - bathroom with washbasin, shower, wc, bedroom with a bed of 160cm 2, room with two beds (extra bed possible), terrace with sunshade, table and garden furniture, entry suite. Air conditioning in each room, free wifi, bed linen, towel and cleaning at end of stay included.

How do damage deposits work?
