This charming apartement , situated in a nice and quiet village next to perpignan and barcares Beaches , in the ground floor of a fully rénovated stone House throw from the Mediterranean and at the foot of the Pyrenees spanish border, in the heart of the Roussillon region, is the ideal location to spend your holidays.

- The house itself Sleeps 4, 2 in one bedrooms and 2 in the sofa bed lounge.

- Open plan kitchen-lounge

- 1 bathroom open italian shower 120cmx120cm , stone sink

- 1 bedroom with one double bed 140x190cm

- Nice cosy lounge with TV HD 130Cm and DVD , sofa bed 140cmx190cm

- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hobs, extractor fan,microwave.

- many free public parking in front of the house and around

Perpignan airport is less than 10 mn drive,Ryanair to Barcelona Girona (1 hour 15 mins approx)

Carcasonne and Beziers (1hour 30 mins approx),

or even Toulouse (2 hours approx) are also worth considering.

Barcares water activities , kite surfing, is about 10 mn away and if you continue on the same road for less than half a mile you'll end up at the beach.

There are a great deal of things to do in the region. If you are interested in art then Collioure and Ceret are a must.

There is the Dali Museum in Figueres, which is about 40 minutes away and his house which you can visit at Cadaquéz (must book in advance).

The coastline is very lively in Summer, with a host of water sports to do, theme parks, many artisanal markets, quaint villages, fortresses, UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Mont-louis and Villefranche-de-Conflent (Vauban)), and much much more.

Changeovers are usually Saturday – Saturday, however we are happy to accept mid-week bookings whenever possible – Low seasons only. Short breaks are also offered, subject to availability, and reductions are available for longer lets.

At the departure, the place must be cleaned as it was (kitchen, dishes in the kitchen, floors, tables, toilet and shower room, bedrooms, terrace...). if something is broken ,thanks to replace it.

“amazing place to stay”

Laure and Alain were fantastic hosts, their accommodation had everything we could have wanted. Laure met us the first day and was very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. We stayed with our two small children and the accommodation was very comfortable. The place was really really clean when we got there which made the stay so pleasant and it's a credit to Laure and Alain. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

a recommander absolument tout était fait pour notre bien être,Laure et Alain sont super accueillant , le logement était neuf, propre , fonctionnel, bien situé ( accès facile pour l'autoroute, du centre commercial de Claira avec ses cinémas, ses restaurants ses magasins) proche de la mer, dans un petit village ravissant et ou la bonne boulangerie se trouve a 2 pas de la location ( on a profité des croissants bien frais le matin) proche de Perpignan, de l’Espagne. “Cosy stay in Saint Hippolyte”

L'appartement est situé dans un petit village proche de Perpignan, très facile d'accès. Le logement est flambant neuf, la literie est extrêmement confortable ! Seul point faible: la douche à l'italienne est très belle, mais on en met partout quand on se douche !!! (il manquerait également une bouilloire, et un aspirateur pour nettoyer ce beau carrelage blanc) Le propriétaire était très agréable, je recommande !
