FAMILY vacation at the good home furnished apartment on the ground floor independent and quiet... The cottage is attached to the House of the owners. Style Provençal near the village and the river.
Located between ANDUZE and UZÈS to 10 kms from ALÈS near the wild river or you can swim and fish so to go in search of gold flakes found in the gardon.
-Entrance and private parking.
Composed of 25 m2 living room, furnished kitchen, a seating area and dining area. At the top is a mezzanine furnished furnished in pine. Sleeping = ' a large spacious bed for two people.
-Of a spacious and sunny 9 m2, room sleeping: a large bed for 2 persons - a second fact mezzanine office of bureau.
-Of a shower room (large shower) of an independent toilet of a beautiful outdoor terrace adjacent to the garden bloomed a Wisteria and vines which gives access to the 6 x 4 metre pool to share with the owners.
The accommodation is located in an area of appellation wine in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards.
From the Bacchus qualification I have a partnership with winegrowers partners who I accompany you. The tour includes an explanation of the winemaking process and a tasting with comments.
I offer you at your arrival a welcome tasting.
