Description

The Guest Wing is a cottage style, 4 bedroom accommodation consisting of a downstairs double bedroom adjacent to the main family bathroom. Upstairs has a Double bedroom with en-suite, a bunk bedroom and a further bedroom with twin single beds. The living room is open plan to the dining area which comfortably accommodates 8 for dinner and open plan to kitchen area. French doors open to your private, enclosed Garden with Patio & BBQ area.Private off road parking. The Guest Wing was previously the stables and is situated at the rear of one of the oldest houses in Rothesay.

We have now restored the house to its former glory and the stables into a charming guest cottage with a modern feel.

The first thing you'll notice here is the peace and quiet and then the birds.... We have deer in the garden and seals basking on the rocks.

The main house sits in its own grounds with unrestricted views of Rothesay Bay and is only one mile from the Town Centre & Ferry.

The perfect place to bring the WHOLE family .
