Description

L'Appartement is set on the first floor of a converted barn above Le Studio with open plan kitchen/lounge, 1 bedroom, shower room and large terrace. There is free wifi around the complex and a heated pool. Suitable for young families or a couple. Games room with pool table, table tennis, table football and seating with table for board games and chilling.

Oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4 ring hob, sink, open plan into the lounge. Welcome basket on arrival (varies depending on length of stay.

Bedroom

Kingsize bed, reversible air-conditioning, seperate reading lights and access to the bathroom. 2 wardrobes and chest of drawers

Luxury sofabed with 4" mattress and seperate sofa, 37" flat screen tv, English/French tv, playstation 2, seperate access to bathroom and reversible air-conditioning.

Shower Room

Lovely large gated terrace for dog and child security, bbq, sun lounger, table and chairs for outside dining and view over the courtyard and pool. The garden gets the sun for 80% of the day.

PLEASE NOTE: air-conditioning is able to be controlled individually for each room, Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden only, Well behaved dogs welcome, Games room with pool table, table tennis and seating with table for board games and chilling. Groups welcome. Parking is available within a minutes walk.

If you would like to explore the region there is plenty to do and with the beaches approximately 40-45km you'll never be short of options. Lac jouarres with restaurant and manmade stone beach is only 5 Minutes drive away as is the canal du midi. We are sure you can enjoy the most relaxing atmosphere in the South of France. Very clean air conditioning ,host very friendly and helpful close to a lovely village Homps where we had a lovely meal and drink overlooking the canal watching the boats come and go.
