Description
Our house is in the small village of Pieve Di Controni, situated amongst chestnut woods above the spa town of Bagni Di Lucca.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other has two single beds. A baby travel cot and highchair are also available. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside cabinets. The living area is an open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. All furniture, bedding, towels, cutlery and crockery are new and co-ordinated. There are extra towels provided for use at the pool or beach.
There is a large, private, paved garden with fabulous views over mountains and distant villages. A pergola provides shade in the height of summer, the garden faces east so gets sun all day long. There is a barbeque, dining table and chairs, garden reclining chairs, cushions, lanterns and candles.
We have seen golden eagles soaring over the valley, fireflies twinkling down the lane on June nights and shooting stars in August.
Our house is perfect for holidaymakers seeking peace and tranquillity to walk, paint, photograph. It is also safe for children (down a pedestrian lane), with easy access to the fabulous public swimming pool and other facilities of Bagni Di Lucca.

“Best family holidays ever!”
Casa Luciolle is perfect place for family holiday, we spent there two great weeks. The house is located short drive from Bagni di Lucca - up in the mountains, there is beautiful view on the valley and green forests from the window and the garden. Very peaceful, close to nature and quiet place. There isa beautiful garden, with grapevine pergola, offering shadow were we spent most of the time enjoying astonishing views. The small village Pieve di Controni is very picturesque, easy going place. Located at the end of the mountain road, has only 12 inhabitants, old church and couple of stone houses. It is great place to stay if you are coming by car - from one side the place is quiet, calm and offers great retreat, but it is only 10 minutes drive from Bagni di Lucca where you can go to eat or visit great open air pools, it is also only one hour drive to seaside either Viareggio or Marina di Vecchiano (free access beaches), it is also good starting point for any mountain trips. It is also ca 40 minutes to Lucca and 1 hour to PISA international airport. The people in the village are very friendly and open, direct neighbours are Italian, so you get some local flavour. The house offers two bedroom (upstairs), open salon with kitchen and family bathroom (downstairs). The house is fully equipped with all leaving amenities. In our opinion the place looks live much better than on the pictures enclosed to the offer. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for place where you want to fully relax and re-energize.

“Charming Cottage”
Casa Luciolle is a charming cottage located in a small hamlet about six kilometers north east of Bagni di Lucca with views over the hills and mountains. The cottage is clean and well equipped for your stay. If you are looking for a peaceful get away Casa Luciolle is the place to stay. Its location on Trip Advisor's map has it in the town which is not the case and you will need a car to get to the cottage's location in Pieve di Controni.
