'The Address' is a self contained one bedroom appartement.

It is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac offering off street parking directly outside.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of Carcassonne town, The Bastide, between the River Aude and the Canal du Midi

There are lots of great restaurants nearby

Situated on the ground floor, it has a king size bed, a built- in wardrobe, a modern bathroom with shower with a wash basin and toilet.

The living room is open plan with a large sofa, TV (showing French and English channels) and WIFI.

The well equipped kitchen leads to double doors onto a private terrace which has a table and chairs

The apartment is attached to the owners property

'The Address' is ideally placed for shopping/restaurants in town, trips along the Canal de Midi and exploring the attractions Carcassonne has to offer, the benefits of being close to town and being in a quiet neighbourhood ......

“All mod cons!”

We chose this apartment as cleanliness and comfort is of high importance to us and THE Apartment didn't let us down. After a lovely warm welcome from Nat, she showed us round the lovely clean and well appointed accommodation. It is fairly recently built and of a high standard of finish with all you need for a comfortable stay. English TV stations good to keep up with Bake Off! The property is a 10 minute easy walk along the canal to town and in a quiet residential area, it is very well positioned for getting around. One note, if following directions from SAT NAV, don't turn through the small tunnel as we were told to, just carry on and the apartment is a short distance on. Many thanks Nat and Justin for a perfect stay, we wish you all the best for the future.

How do damage deposits work?
