Set in outstanding scenery overlooking the Viaur Gorge this beautifully restored former fermette offers traditional architecture whilst providing all the modern comforts of home.

The farm complex with its own pool is in a small hamlet located on the border of the Aveyron and Tarn departments offering easy access to all that these fabulously unspoilt departments have to offer. Renting the complex as a whole gives great scope for parties where there are families sharing.

The swimming pool is open when the weather permits, usually from May to October and is shared with the owners. All bedlinen, towels and swim towels are included in the rental price. There is a surcharge of €30 /week per heater for electricity + during the low season letting period.

Special walking/cycling/painting holidays are available during low/mid season. Changeover day is Sat but this is flexible during mid/low season to enable clients to make best use of very low Ryanair flight prices (eg 1p + taxes). Please contact owners for further details.

Coquelicot Tournesol and Bleuet are all large gites in their own right but their unique layout means that they are ideal for larger families or parties of friends sharing. The gites have their own bathrooms and shower rooms, fully fitted kitchens and lounges. Imagine three lounges - no more arguements. Tournesol and Coquelicot properties can be interconnected at ground level and first floor level which makes sharing extremely easy and adds to the versitility of the sleeping arrangements.

Bleuet is opposite the other two gites across a pebbled courtyard. There are 9 bedrooms in total in the combined gites - they are large rooms and sleeping arrangements can easily be adjusted to suit the needs of the group. All bedrooms are large enough to work as doubles or twins with space for cot and two of the rooms can be used as triples. Outside-eating again allows for flexible arrangements with space to combine tables for the whole group if wished. We also have two large picnic tables which makes for great eating outside with wonderful views. The large 12m by 6m pool means there is plenty of space for family fun and a serious swim and the two children's play areas keep the children occupied for hours.

The farm complex is large and is situated on the edge of a small hamlet overlooking the Viaur valley. The grounds are shared with the resident English owners. A large 12x6m swimming pool was added to the property in summer 2006 and is completed with fencing to comply with French regulations.

The views from the pool side are beautiful. Despite being a shared complex, there is plenty of space for privacy. Older visiting children may use residents adventure playground which is situated below the pool, younger visitors can make full use of the toddler area located in the main grounds.

We are a family based centre and because we are located in a village it is not suitable for large groups of young adults (eg, hen/stag parties). We ask that all outside music is turned off by midnight so as not to disturb our neighbours.
