At Cnoc Farraige (4 Oceanview Downings) you are just a few minutes stroll from the village with its two hotels and pubs, not to mention the beautiful sandy beach. The house is furnished to the highest standards offering all the comforts of home. The elevated decking to the front of the house provides the ideal spot to enjoy an al fresco drink or BBQ as you watch the sunset over the bay. Just the ideal accommodation for the family or extended family holiday. The lay out of bedrooms makes it perfect for mum, dad and kids upstairs and maybe gran and grandad with their own room and bathroom downstairs. The seperate TV room provides the children with additional space while parents can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire in the lounge/kitchen area. Free WiFI.
A five minute drive takes you to two spectacular golf courses at Rosapenna and the famous Glenveagh National Park is only thirty minutes away. Water sports are a must with lessons available locally in the village.
Don't fancy cooking? You will be spoilt for choice in one of the restaurants specialising in the freshest of local seafood. Spend a quiet night by the turf fire after an active day or a indulge in a night out in a traditional pub, the choice is yours. Relax and enjoy.

When returning from the beach we kindly ask that sand is removed from shoes etc. before entering the house. The damage deposit may be used to pay if excessive cleaning is required. Please inform us of any issues asap to enable these to be corrected.

“Best in Downings”
Brendan is a super host. The accommodation is a very comfortable home with everything that you could possibly need. Great location close to the village for all it offers and a very short drive to golf

“BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY HOME”
Just home after spending a week at this lovely property. The house was everything I had hoped for and more. Its in a fantastic location, house is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. The owners were very welcoming and it was reasuring to know they were only a call away. The house is very child friendly with great space out round. Beautiful decking area out frout with lovely views over the bay. Would definately recommend and hope to book property again in the future. Thanks again.
