Studio on garden adjoining old Bordeaux stone house, located in the heart of Bordeaux, in a quiet residential area The studio is served by all types of public transport (train, tram, bus and airport shuttle). In 5 minutes, by Tram or "VCub" you join the historic heart of Bordeaux. You will also be close to Bordeaux2 Segalen University and Pellegrin Hospital and close to an Olympic-size swimming pool with Jacuzzi. We offer a spacious studio just renovated, overlooking a garden. You will have in your room, a large bed 160 (for 2), WIFI access, towels, shower gel, shampoo, sheets, private toilet. You have a fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to the garage or private parking space free of charge. You will appreciate your total independence in our home, your studio being separated from the rest of the house. We wish to offer you a pleasant stay, listening to you and offering various tourist advice on our beautiful city and our beautiful region. You will feel like we are at home! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Virginie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
