Mansarda con vista sul mare da cui dista pochi metri. Struttura di nuova costruzione sita in C/da Torre di Mezzo, a 2 km da PUNTA SECCA meglio conosciuta per la fiction del commissario MONTALBANO e a 26 km dall 'aeroporto di Comiso e 94 Km dall' aeroporto di Catania. La casa gode di 2 verande vista mare, 2 camere da letto, bagno, soggiorno e cucina. Il mare dista circa 100 metri percorribile a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla. Dista circa 6 km dalla località balneare di Marina di Ragusa; possibilità di visitare i luoghi piu comuni della zona : Scicli, Modica, il barocco di Noto, le belle chiese di Comiso, Ragusa Ibla, il Castello di Donnafugata, il Museo regionale archeologico di Kamarina , tutti luoghi famosi e visti nella fiction di MONTALBANO. Per gli amanti del Golf, a pochi chilometri, il Donnafugata Golf Resort dispone di due campi da campionato da 18 buche. Vicinissimo il porto turistico di Marina di Ragusa. Possibilità di avere un automobilista che vi accompagni nelle zone citate come supplemento extra. La mansarda oltre all'arredamento dispone di : sistema di allarme, videosorveglianza, lavatrice, forno microonde, phon, Tv a schermo piatto ( 1 in soggiorno e 1 nella camera da letto), barbeque, accessori per la spiaggia (ombrellone e 2 sdraiette) ecc. Non sono consentiti animali. Periodo estivo da sabato a sabato: check in ore 14 - check out ore 10.
