The residence is made of two-rooms soundproof flats fully independent one from another, provided with a small garden or a balcony, air conditioning system, strongbox, kitchen, sofa bed, satellite TV, hairdryer, , fax machine service, room cleaning service, electronic card locking system for the flat and for the wide and covered garage.
Furthermore a laundry provided with a washing machine and a iron is available to the customers.
