Description
The cottage is in a rural property of 1889, completely restored with 3 hectares of meadow and garden and a private heated pool 5x11m. With us you find a quiet life in the countryside with 2 draft horses, one pony chickens, five sheep, three goats, 2 cats and 2 dogs. Yet the village center of Miramont de Guyenne is only 1.5 km with shops, festivals and activities. We offer a carriage ride or bicycles to explore the surroundings. The cottage with two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, lounge with sofa bed and satellite TV, a shower room and separate WC has a private garden, a covered terrace and access Direct to the pool. Garden and pool are closed and secured for your children or your pets. You can rent a room for 2 with bathroom and toilet and more, so you can come from 2 to 6 people, see max 8 pers. on holiday. The supplement of the 3rd room is € 200 per week in high season and € 150 in low season. A Miramont there is everything you need. The landscape and nature are very varied and relaxing. there are plenty of places, villages and castles to explore the surrounding area. Sport side there is also a choice: tennis, horse riding, 4 golf courses, canoeing / kayaking, hiking, etc.

“Amazing little piece of heaven”
Annika could not have been more accommodating. From booking to departure nothing was too much trouble. We had an awful time with our vehicle whilst staying and Annika went above and beyond to help us. Took us to a garage and translated for us and was constantly checking up for us. I could go on more but id also like to point out that the property is stunning.So peaceful. The gite is fully equipped with EVERYTHING that you could need. The children had a lovely time in the gorgeous large private garden and pool and the fact that there are animals there too made their holiday. Annika checked in to see if we needed anything and supplied us with fresh eggs and tomatoes,which was really lovely.There is an information pack left in the gite which was brilliant for us to know what was available in the region.Annika was on hand whenever we needed(which turned out alot because of our car issues) and gave us the most help possible.The grounds to the gite are beautiful and there is alot of space to let the children run around. The shops are a 4 minute drive away which was very helpful too. We had a lovely stay in beautiful surroundings and Annika was an incredible host. We definitely want to go back(but we might fly next time)
