Description

Apartment 1 is located in a 3-storey condominium at about 200 meters from the sea. Furnished, consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is equipped with TV and air conditioning. In the price are including the beach and parking. Apart from the cost of the gas cylinder for cooking (variable depending on the duration of the rental period) and the consumption of electricity. There is also a washing machine for shared use. The building is located about 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Caorle, in the riviera di Ponente.

tutto ok, si va ovunque a piedi senza bisogno della macchina, l'unico inconveniente sono stati per noi i materassi scomodissimi e il letto rumorosissimo nei movimenti anche minimi.

Response from the owner Mi dispiace di tali inconvenienti, per altro palesati (soprattutto circa la rumorosità dei giacigli) negli ultimi anni soltanto da questa cliente . Ma tant'è.... Cercheremo di ovviare silenziando il più possibile i letti e cambiando i materassi, in modo che alla prossima sua eventuale visita sia tutto a regola d'arte.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Ettore (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
