Charming village house for 2 people in the Valley of Castles, 10km from Sarlat, in the heart of Beynac, one of the most beautiful villages in France. A quiet pedestrian street, a garage for your car 50m from the house, a magnificent view of the Dordogne river, the terrace and all the windows of the house. All shops in the village. Activities, canoe, ballooning, hiking trails ..... to spend a dream holiday in the Périgord!

A terrace of 18 m2 with beautiful views of the Dordogne valley, to welcome you and relax. A living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom. As the bed will be ready for your arrival, please indicate your preferred bedding before arrival: 2 twin beds (80 x 200 cm) or (1 queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - 7 day minimum rental. from Saturday to Saturday from May to September - minimum 7 days rental of your choice in March, April, October and November. - central heating (available on request at an additional cost of € 30 per week) - end cleaning fee stay (if the client prefers not to do it himself): 50 euros - A deposit of € 200 is required the day of arrival (it will be refunded the day of departure) - Please note that a tax residence € 1.50 applies per day and person and is not included in the rental price
