Sunset Villa offers unmatched 270 degree views of Antigua's prime west coast beaches and surrounding mountain ranges. The upper and lower balconies provide the perfect vantage point overlooking the beach, the Sleeping Indian Mountain Range and the McMinnons Salt Pond Lagoon.

Dickenson Bay offers a wide variety of activities such as sailing, swimming, snorkeling, water skiing and boat excursions. The villa is surrounded by first-class restaurants and world-class night life. We are also a few minutes walk from tennis courts and a few minutes drive from an 18 hole championship golf course.

At Sunset Villa, we pride ourselves on impeccable service, which includes:

organization of rental cars at discounted rates and any other pre-arrival requests;

information about tours and restaurants;

a knowledgeable and courteous guide to help you with any additional needs during your stay.

Please note that, as a result of changes at the airport during Covid, we no longer offer airport transfers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
