We invite you and your family to come and enjoy your vacation at this waterside condo.

A Full-sized sofa sleeper in the living area and a full sized self-inflating bed allow you the maximum in flexibility for sleeping arrangements.

Central heat and cool air keep you comfortable. There is a stacked, front loader washer and dryer in a closet next to the kitchen. Everything you need for a great condo vacation.

The rich granite countertops highlight the beautiful kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove and convection oven. A built-in microwave and full-sized side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser are included in this newly remodeled unit.

There is a 32-inch flat screen TV with DVD player in the living area and an additional TV in the King bedroom.

The Dockside Condos are centrally located in South Clearwater Beach close to all the action of Shephard’s nightclub, restaurants, sports bars, miniature golf and more, as well as being only two blocks to the beach.

From the front door you step out onto the entry walkway and enjoy the view of the inter-coastal waterway all the way to the Memorial Causeway Bridge and downtown Clearwater.

A shared pool and available dock/boat slip are additional features of this location. However, trailers are not allowed on property.

If you are interested in the boat slip, please let us know at the time of booking so the proper arrangement and information can be obtained.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.

Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

No Fishing Off the Docks.

No Pets.

No Parties.

No Trailers.

Check-in is after 4pm

Check-out is before 10am

We enjoyed the nice clean condo, location was great and Clearwater Beach was the best! nice restaurants sops in the area, very safe for the teens.

Response from the manager We make every effort to prepare units so that no problems occur. We are glad that this tenant appreciated our swift response. We strive to respond to every call in as short a time as possible. Our operations crew works 9am to 9pm with a 24hr on-call phone for emergencies.
