This corner, 3 bedroom 2 bath unit with newly renovated kitchen is located directly on the sands of Clearwater Beach is the perfect destination for your vacation. This vacation condo was made for family memories, with room for 10. When you walk out onto the balcony you look west out over the sand, the Gulf of Mexico and you can even see famous Pier 60. The location puts you within walking distance to many of the best shops and restaurants, so once you arrive you can leave the car and walk to all Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Start your days with leisurely walks down the powdery white shores of the Gulf of Mexico.
Let the warm rays of sunshine penetrate your body as you relax in a sun lounge on the beach. Or take a refreshing dip in the cool waters of the Gulf before returning to your condominium for an afternoon siesta. Then you can walk 5 minutes to one of our favorite local eateries like Frenchy\'s or Clearsky Cafe for dinner or eat-in with ample room for everyone to eat together and chill.
You might like to take a stroll through the souvenir shops or sample the native seafood restaurants. For exercise, bicycle down the well-known
Beach Walk or take in a game of tennis or golf in the many Clearwater locations. Enjoy one of the many water sports available such as swimming, jet skiing, Para-sailing, or deep sea fishing. Finally, imagine completing your day sitting on your private balcony directly in front of a gorgeous Florida sunset with drink in hand.
There is wireless internet access available in the unit along with a washer and dryer. Complex has a heated pool and you will be provided one assigned parking space.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

The view was great....the condo was roomy enough for our family. Everything was good except needed more instruction on using TV in living room. Also needed more electrical outlets. We would stay here… More
