This unique 3 bedroom 3 bath unit provides the ability for all three bedrooms to feel like each is a master bedroom with its own bath! Plenty of space for everyone to gather in the large kitchen/dining and living room area.
The balcony overlooks Clearwater Harbor in this upscale beach island condo. The shores of Clearwater Beach are 5 mintues away.
Treat yourself like royalty with the large master bathroom including a garden tub and walk-in shower.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants.

Response from the manager We're glad you liked the Bay Harbor accommodations. A few of the buildings do shade the pool, although that also is determined by time of year. Sorry about that. Of course, the beach is just a walk away! We adjust our prices for the specific units, such as a small bedroom size you mentioned, just to let you know. Bay Harbor has a great location and views, and Clearwater Beach is a fun place to visit. We're glad you had a good stay!

The jacuzzi calls were also incoming, perhaps? The jacuzzi is being handled by repair crew. That's great that you were visited by dolphins. They are a fantastic natural feature of this area.
