The views from the living room, master bedroom, twin balconies, and beachfront patio are simply breathtaking. A private wood-lined pathway takes you over the dunes to the beach. You're just minutes away from John's Pass Village as well as many other fantastic restaurants and activities.

Flat screen TV's in three bedrooms, DVD/Blueray player in the living room, free high-speed WiFi, cable TV, and free long distance telephone to the US and Canada. A Starter Kit is provided and extra cleaning protocol is preformed. Everything is first-class, private, perfectly equipped, and fit for a Captain.

We are not able to accommodate any weddings or large events at the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
