Just 6 miles to Barmouth beach,or walks start just feet from your door.
Or walk up to the New Precipice walk just up above us,also access the lake for a swim.
3 Bedroom Cottage can accommodate a family of 2 Adults + 4 child or 5 adults.
Situated in the heart of Snowdonia National Park between Dolgellau and the seaside resort of Barmouth,Internationally renowned Coed-Y-Brenin Mountain Bike and Rambling Park just down the road makes this cottage ideal accommodation for MTB's
Serious walkers can use Swn y Nant as a centre to explore the spectacular walks on Precipice Walk(s) and Cader Idris mountain.
Check out the Mawddach Way. Snowdon is little more than 40 miles away.

“Amazing property, family of 6 and all needs met.”
I could not recommend this accommodation and the people that rent this place enough. Owners were very friendly and accommodating, very quick to help when it was requested ( which wasn't really needed ). The views.... OMG they are amazing, such a beautiful tranquil place. We stayed for a week but wish we booked longer. We all enjoyed using the games rooms and had a lot of games of pool. Will definitely go back.

“Perfect family holiday”
We had a wonderful holiday. The house was perfect for our family. Very well equipped with everything we needed, breath-taking views and the children loved the games room. They have developed a new enthusiasm for darts and table tennis. The house is very well located for Barmouth and Dolgellau. The weather was fantastic so we spent some sunny evenings in the sea at Barmouth as well as visiting Portmerion, Black Rock Sands, Porthmadog, Bala Lake, Harlech Castle and Betsw y Coed for the Fforest coaster. All of which were within a 50 minute drive and I would recommend any of them. If, like us, you like ice cream you should try Hufenfa'r Castell ice cream shop by Harlech castle. The shop is run by the ice cream maker who can tell you all about the ingredients including the strawberries from her mum's garden. Sally and Martin were great hosts, they were helpful but not intrusive. Thank you for getting our washing in when we were back late one evening! This really was one of our favourite holidays.
