“e will be keeping in touch with them and staying with them again” Geoff and Wendy are brilliant host, very helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them. they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The house is spotless and very well maintained and well supplied. The house and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. We had our 12 year old son and he loved it as well and our wheelchair bound mother who had no problems getting around the house and patio areas. we would very highly recommend this property and Geoff and Wendy as host. We will be keeping in touch and staying with them again in the future.

“Cosy cottage with beautiful views” The cottage was clean and well equipped, with a tea tray and cakes left out for arrival. Everything worked which makes a change! There are fantastic views of the mountains from here and a somewhat challenging farm road to access the cottage. To travel to the many places of interest does involve a bit of a drive down valleys and around mountains but the scenery makes it worthwhile. The area has many, many castles, beautiful lakes and a lot of sheep! A trip to the top of Snowdon is a must - but best done on a relatively clear day. We would happily return in the future.

“Lovely cottage. Fantastic location.” An excellent place to stay in Betws-y-Coed. A really well-equipped, comfortable cottage. Great for all the family (we were a party of three adults and two young boys) with loads to do in the surrounding areas. Betws-y-Coed is beautiful in itself, but close to lots of other attractions. The owners run the café beneath the cottage (the café is also recommended), which means they're nearby for any enquiries, etc. Hard to pick any fault with the cottage (or the location). There are several steps, quite narrow, leading to the place. Absolutely fine for all of our party (ages 3 to 64), but wouldn't suit those who needed wheelchair access. Very highly recommended. I'd go again in a heartbeat.

“Better than Expected” I rely on trip advisor reviews when traveling do happy to review. I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this cottage for our family of five. It was better than I'd hoped- clean, great location, well- equipped kitchen. Cottage is walking distance from several hiking trails and also in the center of town. There is information on nearby attractions available and also has wifi. The only negative is the bedding had a bottom sheet and a blanket, no top sheet, but it worked fine. It is a bit tucked away, but directions given were good; just follow carefully. We plan to return to Wales and would stay there again!

“Excellent location” Great flat everything you could need in the way of cooking utensil, well decorated and the location is so handy, near bus stops, pubs, shops and of course the railway station, flat just above it.Entrance is by a spiral staircase so not good if you are unsteady on your feet. We were 5 adults and we found one bathroom and toilet not enough at times.local area great for walkers and climbing, got the train to Llandudno, train noise did not bother us in the flat. All in all a good place to stay

Bron-Nant Holiday Cottage with Fire, Pool & Views
A truely magical place!

We chose to stay at Bron Nant having looked online and seen the wonderful photos and reviews. Having now stayed there we can say that the photos really don't do the place justice. It really is a bit of heaven on earth. The cottage inside is wonderful, all handcrafted woodwork by Jeremy the owner and the cleanliness and attention to detail is second to none. The beds are so comfy and the hot water seems endless. (So don't worry about the electric metre because the water and power showers are included) The outside is equally beautiful with breath-taking views a beautiful stream running through part of the large garden with a little bridge over it, another part of the garden enclosed and very safe for our dog to happily sunbathe. There's even a covered area with a swinging sofa in it.... and then there's the natural pool. We watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets and as for the stars... worth going to Bron Nant just to walk out the front door at night and look up! ... and then return in to the glorious log burner! It's a fabulous place to get away from it all and very dog friendly too! We can't wait for our return visit!see more

Brilliant Holiday

The cottage was lovely, decorated to such a high standard and in a perfect location to explore all the local attractions. When we arrived there was a freshly baked tea loaf to greet us. The owner arrived soon after us, she was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who is looking for brilliant holiday in Wales.see more

! A Country Garden House in Snowdonia
Great views, helpful maps and lovely gardens.

Geoff and Wendy provide a fantastic service at this beautiful spot in North Wales. It gives you stunning views from the living room and patio out across forest towards the mountains - the location couldn't be much better. The information provided in the house (maps of suggested walks, places to eat etc) were really useful and gave us plenty of good ideas, giving us the chance to make the most of area in the short time that we were there. If you can't decide then Geoff and Wendy can always help you out as well! We will definitely recommend the place to people we know and we'll hopefully go back again - though perhaps when there's less chance of hail!see more
