Lovely pet friendly cottage on a working farm. Home baking available from friendly owners. secure garden for the dogs. We spent a week in North Wales and this was a good central place to take days out from. Would return here again in the future.
“Fantastic Stay :)”
Our second visit and look forward to returning, it really is a lovely welcoming, warm and friendly environment to stay with first class facilities.
“Beautiful relaxing cottage with friendly owners!”
Delightful, immaculate accommodation in a great location for exploring Snowdonia. All our group (2 adults, 3 teenagers, 1 dog) loved the cottage. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
“Home from Home”
Excellent place for the family and our two dogs, Very friendly family, and lovely fresh scones and cakes on our arrival. This is the second time we have stayed here and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
“A delightful cottage in a beautiful location”
Our first Christmas away from the family home proved to be a magical experience. The cottage was immaculate: beautifully furnished, very well equipped and most welcoming. The owners could not have been more helpful; transporting us through the snow and with welcoming Christmas fare and decorations awaiting us. The location, in the farm yard halfway up a hill looking down the Conwy Valley was gorgeous and we were within easy reach of many walks in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.
“a wonderful home from home.”
first class accomodation with excellent fixtures and fittings with amazing views.the owners are very friendly and helpful and lyndas cooking is great, certainly recommended.we will be going back im very sure of that,i have promised that i wont bring back the farm kittens next time.thamkyou evans family for our great little silver tabby,he has fitted in just well.
“Great place to stay!”
We were very impressed by the surrounding scenery, cleanliness, comfort, size, lovely furnishings, complete kitchen (++), genuine friendliness of the owners and central location of the cottage (only a few minutes drive from Betws-y-Coed, other charming villages, and Tree Tops adventure, 30-40 minutes drive from great mountain biking in Coed Brenin Forest). Like walking into your own home! Highly recommend this place as a great base for discovering Northern Wales and Snowdonia National Park.
“A Five Star property in beautiful peaceful surroundings”
Having stayed in holiday cottages throughout the UK we found this property to be the best yet. The attention to detail by the owners, made us feel it was a property we could have lived in 365 days a year. The furnishing and finishing off of the property is first class. The open fire, in the lounge, on a chilly evening soon warmed the property. A glass of wine in the warmth and romantic setting, witha four poster bed to retire to, what more could a couple wish for. The attention to small details, for instance fresh baked cakes on arrival and a trip round the owners land to show off even better views, indicated that the owners wanted us to enjoy our stay. The property is situated near the busy town of Betws-y-Coed, in the heart of Snowdonia, but felt a million miles from the busy lives we all lead. There were plenty of beautiful quiet walks to enjoy nearby with our English Setter dogs. The stone floor in the utility area and kitchen would have been great for drying wet dogs, but we enjoyed lovely sunny weather. In writing a review we are asked to state what we liked least of all. This property makes it impossible to file that part of the review. We would have no hesitation in using this property again and would recommend it to others, especially those with dogs.
Our week in Ty Nant was by far the best we have spent in Wales. Ty Nant is a fantastic, comfortable and inviting cottage and the owners are genuine and friendly.
“Lovely cottage in great setting”
Lovely cottage, clean, well-equipped, great location. Enjoyed lovely real fire, views, walks both up lane and further affield in Snowdonia. Double bed with four-poster was tremendous! Owners very friendly and helpful. Would highly reccommend, and would love to stay again.
