This apartment is along the prestigious Avenida Atlantica.
From the apartment you will see beautiful sunrises and feel cool ocean breezes. From the window you have an expansive and totally unencumbered view of the ocean and beach culture of Rio.
The apartment is in the epicenter of the Leme/Copacabana neighborhood. Everything that happens in Rio happens outside our window: parades, marches, half marathons, cycling tours, you name it we see it. We saw the Wold Cup Fanfest, Rolling Stones and Lenny Kravitz concerts, Pope Francis, and the annual New Year's Eve fireworks from our window.
The building is on a corner, thus from the spacious living room you have a ocean view from two sides. The living room has air conditioning and new sofas that seat 7 people. 500GB router with Google Mesh WIFI, reach all parts of the apartment and ensure consistent internet coverage. Living room also has cable, Apple TV, Bose speakers, and a large dining room table that comfortably seats 6. There is also a monitor and an ink jet printer in case you need to work or otherwise print a document.
The apartment features antique hardwood furniture and art work from around the world. There is an ultra comfortable hammock in the living room which is perfect for an afternoon nap. Ceiling fans and high wall split air conditioners in all bedrooms and the living room. All bedrooms also have cable TV and, Chromecast.
The two front rooms are large and renovated with full ocean views. The master bedroom come with a TV, cable and a DVD. The second bedroom comes with TV and cable. Both have air conditioning and a ceiling fan and twins beds that can be converted to queens. All beds come with a 7cm topper for extra comfort. The third bedroom has a full sized bed with TV, cable, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The kitchen has marble counters and comes with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave. washer and dryer, and all sorts of cooking appliances (toaster, coffee makers, blender, dicer, beater, sandwich iron) and all sorts of utensils, flatware and towels for cooking and cleaning.
There are two entries. One is the private elevator to the living room and a rear shared elevator to the kitchen. The rear door has keyless entry and the front door has a lock box in case you forget or lose your key.

A sala tem um rede super confortável (ideal para uma soneca de tarde), e com cabo, alto falante Bose, e Apple TV. A sala e todos os tres dormitórios tem, ar condicionado Hi Wall Split, e ventilador de teto. O tres quartos tem Chromecast.
Tem roteador de 500MB e Google Mesh WIFI para acesso a internet através do apartamento e acesso sem interrupção. Temos um monitor e uma impressora inkjet, si precisar de trabalho ou imprimir um documento.
Cada andar no prédio tem 3 apartamentos. Tem dois elevadores. O elevador social foi modernizado e serve um apartamento por andar. O elevador de serviço.
Tem porteiro 24 horas e video vigilância em todas as areas comuns.

Usted está en el epicentro del barrio de Leme/Copacabana. Todo lo que sucede en Río sucede afuera de nuestra ventana: desfiles, marchas, maratones, circuitos de bicicleta. Lo que nombre, lo vemos. La cancha olímpica de Volleyball está cruzando la calle. Vimos la FIFA Fan Fest, el concierto de los Rolling Stones, Pope Francis, Lenny Kravitz, y la anual noche de fin de año con los fuegos artificiales desde nuestra ventana.
Hay dos elevadores para acceder al departamento: el del frente (recientemente actualizado), que lleva a solo un departamento por piso y el ascensor de servicio que se entra por la puerta de la cocina.
La casa tiene sillones nuevos, artesanías y antigüedades de todo el mundo, alfombras persas en el Living, y muebles antiguos. Hay una muy confortable hamaca en el Living, que es perfecta para una siesta.
Ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado de Hi-Wall split en todas las habitaciones. Las camas de soltero en dos de las habitaciones pueden adaptarse para armarse como una cama Queen y hay una cama más grande en la tercera habitación. La habitación principal tiene además una tercera cama de soltero más pequeña. Todas las camas tienen "topper" de 7CM para un conforto adicional.
Hay un portero las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, con vigilancia de cámara en todas las áreas comunes.
Hay router de 500MB con Google Mesh WIFI, permitiendo una excelente conexión en todo el departamento sin interrupciones. Hay cuatro cables (incluye el acceso a canales internacionales como CNN, RAI, TVE, DW, NHK entre otros) en el Living y en las tres habitaciones. todos los cuartos tienen Chromecast.
