Oceanfront 28' x 12' saline swimming pool and hot tub with fiber optic lighting. Heated pool is available beginning Spring 2020 for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Ground level elevator to second floor. Five oceanfront master suites; all bedrooms have private baths. Game room on first level with pool table, TV, refrigerator and full bath. Theater room with surround sound. Beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, double wall ovens and 2 dishwashers. 2 Washer/dryers, 11 flat screen Roku TVs (60” HDTV in living area, 46” HDTV in two MBRs), electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Orbi whole home mesh wireless network. Wet bar and wine cooler in main living area. Covered and open decks on all levels with porch furniture. Gas grill, hot/cold outside shower. Covered gazebo off pool area. Plenty of outdoor seating including chaise lounges around pool area. Easy bike ride to grocery store, restaurants and movie theater. Weekly only. No smoking. As host of this vacation Tickled Pink had everything we wanted for our families. Plenty of comfortable space. Easy access to the pool and beach. Great location.
