Near the beach fully equipped FrenchTourism Classed 2 bedroom house, built 2011, with spacious light, sunny open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with 4 large sliding doors onto south or southwest facing terrace with sunbeds, eating, and seating areas. You can hear the ocean when the wind is off shore :) The choice of the beauty of being able to walk in the pine forests to the 3 kilometre beach with the view of the Pyrenees and Basque Coast
Short stroll to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, takeaways, supermarket, shops, as well as an aquapark, tree climbing adventure park, spa centre, surf/skateboardschools, surf/cycle hire, mini golf, day and night markets (all within 500m) Skateboard park 1km
Labenne Ocean is a relaxed and beautiful village on the dunes surrounded by pine forests with extensive cycle tracks used equally with rollerbladers and joggers in the forest or along the river.
The well known surfspots and golf courses of Capbreton, Hossegor and Seignosse are a 10 min drive or there are cycle tracks next to the river or through the forest for the energetic. To the south are the larger towns of Bayonne, Biarritz 15 mins and the Spanish border 30 mins.

“A beautiful home from home”
Thank you Michele for enabling us to enjoy the southern Atlantic coast and your beautiful ocean house. Everything was as described in the advert plus more. The whole area or the accomodation was perfect for us and our two labradors. The house is fresh and clean with an airy feel due to the 2 picture sliding windows. the rest of the house has all of the amenities for a very comfortable holiday. Dining al frecsco on the decking at night was very pleasurable. The location was perfect for us, next door to the forest and its trails, perfect for the dogs, the beach a a 15 min stroll away with huge dunes and matching waves. Ideal for keen surfers. The restaurants and bars were also a few minutes stroll away, the choice is limited though. The Atlantico Restaurants' service is poor, 2 hours waite for an incorrect meal with no apology. Not recomended. There are plenty of surrounding villages, towns and lakes to explore especially if you love the countryside and walking. A car is necessary to obtain the full enjoyment of this area, which has a calm and safe atmosphere for all generations. Over all an excellent destination for a relaxing (lazy?) holiday. location très agréable à vivre , correspondant exactement à la description ; spacieuse, lumineuse avec ses baies vitrées, grande terrasse très bien aménagée, proche des pistes ciclables recommandées également pour la pratique du roller (excellente qualité du revêtement), proche de la mer à pieds, proche des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et sympatiques ; excellent accueil à l'arrivée.

“Perfect holiday home”
This was the perfect holiday home accomodation and exceeded our expectation.The location was ideal, it was close to amenities, but was also private. It is very spacious, and extemely well equipped. We received a great welcome and great hospitality, and helpful information from the owner. We will be back at a future date and would highly recommend the property
