Weekly Rental

The Island Time beach house is your own secluded private island getaway. Walk across the street and you are on the pristine white sand of Clearwater Beach. Yes, it really is approximately 30 seconds to the beach! Swim in the Gulf of Mexico or watch the dolphins and relax afterward in your own private pool. Cookout or enjoy cocktails on your own private deck extending the length of the house. You deserve this level of quality on your holiday.

The location is definitely the #1. The house was very nice but had some outdated items. The Cabana was super nice!!!

Great spot walk to the beach, housed 9 people comfortably. House was clean, it is obvious that the owner is making upgrades. I certainly would recommend this property.

Great access to all that Clearwater has to offer but away from the hustle and bustle. Very convenient access to uncrowded beach. House worked well for sharing between 3 related families.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
