This is highly desirable location in downtown Yerevan Armenia. Its 2nd floor 1br apartment ( almost like a studio apt) but has a separate kitchen equipped with gas and electric stove. totaling 430 square ft. Next to Cascade steps, Opera house and all the best downtown locations. Freshly renovated apartment with state of the art heated floors, on demand tank-less hot water system 24/7, fully furnished with internet ready (need to subscribe for the service). There are internet cafes in the area just in case. Apartment has all the basic necessities for comfortable stay.

Our rates are now year around, come on up and get ready to see modern Armenia and 7000 year history.

$60/day (check for special $40 deal) or $420/week or $650/month. Extra Long term price can be negotiated. Check my calendar for SPECIAL DISCOUNTED DEALS.

Can Accommodate more than 2 people for additional fee

Sorry NO SMOKING or pets on premises. Harsh security deduction will result if this rules are not followed.

The Armenia is winter skiing heaven and a summer bicyclist, rock climbing paradise offering mountain biking in the heart of Armenia's challenging and mesmerizing mountains.

House rules:

We are a friendly and respectful house and hope for the same with our guests.

NO smoking and no pets allowed

We require a Photo ID of the person who made the reservation.

We are a smoke free, environment. A $200 charge will be made to your Security Deposit if you smoke inside.

Please preserve heat in winter by keeping doors and windows closed and in turn we will do everything we can to keep our price point at great value.

The Studio is ideally set up for two people occupancy, couples have loved it.

Please be respectful of the neighbors (no late night parties).

Please no candle or incense burning.

No overnight extra guests unless previously arranged.

Friends and family are welcome to come by to see the place!

If you see dates that are blocked out or booked, please ask, you never know.

Full payment is required for your reservation and is 80% refundable if cancelled 3 days before scheduled arrival.

2 night minimum

A refundable $500 security deposit is required.

Это очень комфортная квартира в центре Еревана, Армении, расположенная на растоянии 2 мин. пешком от Оперного театра, прогулочной зоны "Каскад", где множества музеев, ресторанов, магазинов. Квартира похожа на студию с 3 окнами, она находится на 2-м этаже, есть отдельная кухня, оборудованная газовой и электрической плитой, холодильником. Общая площадь 430 квадратных футов. Квартира полностью меблирована, снабжена холодной и горячей водой 24/7, отопление газовое и подпольное эллектрическое, имеется кондиционер, доступен интернет, имеется посуда, эллектротехника (утюг, эллектрочайник, стиральная машина, телефон, кондиционер) , спальная кровать на 2 человека (за дополнительную плату можно разместить на диване еще 1 персону).

В качестве дополнительных услуг по желанию клиентов также может быть организована доставка еды в комнату (завтрак не вылезая из постели), уборка, стирка, глажка. Может быть предоставлены водитель с машиной (Mercedes), гид, переводчик (английский, французский, русский, армянский язык), доставка билетов на концерты и выставки.

Подневная оплата $ 40; месячная оплата - $ 650 (Note: плюс $500 сохраняется в качестве страховочного депозита и возвращается по истечении срока договора). Долгосрочная цена может быть предметом обсуждения. К сожалению курение или домашние животные в помещении не приветствуются.
