Description

A stone's throw from Sant'Ambrogio of Valpolicella center, this indipendent, small house offers peace and relax. Ca' Spina is nicely restored and available to those who want to discover our area: Valpolicella, Verona, Lake Garda and Lessinia. Ca' Spina is located 14 km from the city's art Verona and 9 km from the wonders of Lake Garda. The house consists of kitchen, double room and bathroom with shower, possibility of an extra bed downstairs. The rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with kitchen linen, towels and bed linen. The house is equipped with oven, refrigerator, two TVs, washing machine, hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, iron, clothes dryer, kettle, toaster and refrigerated wine cellar. In the outside is a small terrace, a closed private parking and a garden of about 1000 sqm with a teable in stone, chairs and an hammock. Your friends with 4 legs are welcome by us. Upon request, wi fi available for a fee. Ca' Spina is open all year, even for one night.
