Everything that you love about Carolina can be found at the oceanfront property “Carolinian II” in South Nags Head. Breathtaking views, warm summer nights complete with Carolina moons, and beautiful sunrises all await you at this fabulous property.
Spacious Great Room with LCD TV, and amazing views. Kitchen is well stocked, and there is plenty of seating at the bar area, or the dining table. The bedrooms are comfortable, and inviting. You not only have an additional dune top deck for your enjoyment, you can also relax by the beautiful private pool with fresh colorful tiki bar. For some quiet time, relax in the covered hot tub on the mid-level deck, and enjoy a great ocean view. Enjoy a cool evening playing pool in the rec room or just relax on one of the ample oceanfront decks and enjoy a good book and the ocean breezes. There are direct steps from the dune top deck to the beach, so you're just steps away from the sun and surf.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

The dryer was indeed repaired, but evidently it was fixed on the day you departed. The dishwasher as well is in working order. We look forward to serving you again in another property soon. Response from the manager Ms. Redford, Thanks for taking time to fill out a review on this property. We apologize that the stay at Carolinian II was not what you expected. We of course did get your call about the pool alarm upon check in and we dispatched a man to the property within minutes. It was our impression that the matter was fixed, but of course we returned the next day and resolved the matter the next morning. The issue turned out to be a wire corroded behind a wall that was inaccessible. We do apologize for any inconvenience regarding this. As you know we put toilet paper in all of the bathrooms, replaced the sheet that was missing off of one bed, and provided extra towels to you the next morning once we knew of these issues. We were unaware of any issue with the dishwasher, hot tub or water heater. I don't believe you contacted us about that matter and we agree that the hot tub should have been fully operational during your stay. We have had guests in the property since your stay and the hot tub is functioning properly now so whatever the problem was seems to be short lived. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay at this wonderful property. The homeowner recently replaced some of the cabinetry and counters in the kitchen and is always trying to provide a good value for his guests. All the best from the beach!

“Extremely disappointed”
Bedspreads were worn and torn, drapes in bad shape. The entire place was not inviting. Carpets were stained. Mismatched dinners were a horrible disappointment.

“cozy and comfortable with amazing ocean view”
This house was great for my son in a wheelchair and the deck over the sandy beach It was fun for us all. We enjoyed walking to each pier on the beach daily. My dog loved the beach too.
